Individual Sessions
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. While my foundation lies in an integrative psychodynamic approach, my primary focus is on tailoring our sessions to best suit your unique needs. Together, we'll create a space where you can delve into the complexities of your present challenges, past experiences, and relational dynamics. We may sometimes become trapped in what is familiar, even if it is not serving our wellbeing. My role is to illuminate the origins of these patterns and guide you toward more enriching pathways.
In our sessions, I integrate various therapeutic modalities, drawing particularly from somatic, psychodynamic, and EMDR-based techniques. My firm belief in the intricate connection between mind and body drives me to incorporate somatic and body-centered practices, fostering heightened self-awareness and compassion. EMDR
EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a specialized form of therapy designed to help process and resolve distressing memories or experiences. The structure and process of EMDR helps to desensitize the emotional intensity of the memories and allows for the integration of new, more adaptive information, ultimately reducing distress and promoting healing.

Mind/Body Therapy Group
This is an 8-week long virtual somatic therapy group designed to help group members understand, cultivate, and utilize the connection between mental and physical states for overall well-being and personal growth. Over the 8 weeks we will use a variety of therapeutic techniques to:
Increase awareness of the mind-body connection and its impact on health and well-being
Integrate mental, emotional, and physical experiences to promote holistic healing and growth
Enhance and harness the mind-body connection for greater intentionality
Create a supportive environment where group members can share experiences, learn from each other, and feel connected
